Documents supplied with each shipment

Every batch is accompanied by composition and dimensional inspection documents. Materials are traceable by heat number, and retained samples are kept for important batches. Third-party testing can be arranged according to order terms — please confirm the specific document list with our sales team before ordering, as requirements differ by market and customer.

Why per-heat analysis

FeCrAl and NiCr grades have narrow composition windows. Small heat-to-heat differences change resistivity, oxidation behaviour and service life. Per-heat spectrochemical analysis is how variation is caught before material leaves the plant, rather than being discovered in the customer's furnace.

FAQ

What quality documents do you provide?

Each shipment is accompanied by composition and dimensional inspection documents. Materials are traceable by heat number. Retained samples are kept for important batches, and third-party testing can be arranged on request per order terms.

How do you control composition?

We melt in-house and carry out spectrochemical analysis heat by heat. This is the basis for stable resistivity and consistent service life — the composition window of FeCrAl and NiCr grades is narrow, and heat-to-heat drift directly shows up as resistivity variation.

Do you have ISO 9001?

We operate a three-level inspection system (incoming material, in-process, final inspection) with per-heat spectrochemical records and batch traceability. Customers requiring specific certification should confirm the current document list with our sales team before ordering.

Can we audit the factory or request samples before a batch order?

Yes. Factory visits and video walk-throughs are welcome, and samples can be provided for grade and size verification before batch orders.

Document scope is agreed per order. Please confirm certification requirements with our sales team in advance.
