Everything on this page applies to all our heating alloys and pure nickel products. If you only read one thing: send us the grade, the form, the size with tolerance, and the quantity — with those four we can quote in one working day.

| 3 | Size with tolerance — e.g. 0.50 ±0.03 × 20 ±0.3 mm | Tight tolerance means extra passes and extra inspection. A nominal size alone cannot be priced. |
| 4 | Quantity — kg or metres | Below a certain mass the set-up cost cannot be absorbed into the unit price. |
| 5 | Optional but useful: application, temperature, atmosphere, span | Lets us flag a wrong grade before you buy it, rather than after. |

We would rather tell you honestly that a 5 kg order will carry a high unit price than quote a number that we cannot honour.

Lead time runs from receipt of deposit, not from the date of the enquiry. If you have a fixed installation date, tell us at enquiry stage — we can often resequence.

We ask for advance payment on a first order because that is how we keep the price competitive. Once there is a shipment history we are happy to be more flexible — this is a policy, not a judgement about you.
Default is EXW Shanghai. We also quote FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP on request.

Standard case content is 1,000 kg or less, dimensioned for a forklift. Tell us if the destination site cannot take a case that size.
