Xinxiang Alloy produces heating alloy and precision resistance alloy materials on its own line. Because melting, forging, rolling, drawing and heat treatment are all carried out in-house, composition and batch condition are under our own control — which is what makes stable resistivity and batch traceability possible.

The composition window of FeCrAl and NiCr grades is narrow. Heat-to-heat drift in composition shows up directly as resistivity variation and differences in service life. Drawing accuracy matters too: a wire diameter deviation of 0.02 mm becomes a measurable power deviation and local hot spots in a furnace.
Supplying the whole set for one furnace from the same heat keeps element parameters consistent, and heat-number traceability makes after-sales verification straightforward.
We are a manufacturer. Our production line covers melting, forging, rolling, drawing and heat treatment through to finished products, all in-house. We are not a trading company and we do not buy finished material for re-labelling.

Yes. We supply to drawing — wire from φ0.05 mm, strip from 0.05 mm thickness and 2 mm width, including slit strip, formed (corrugated / edge-folded) elements and spiral-wound coils. Batch supply is our main mode; prototypes are available for verification.
Common specifications are kept in stock for fast shipment. Non-standard items are produced to order; batch orders are scheduled with priority and the delivery date is confirmed within one working day after enquiry.
