What we do
We make the raw materials that go into industrial heating elements: FeCrAl wire and strip, Ni-Cr wire and strip, pure nickel, and precision resistance alloys. Our customers are furnace builders, heat-treatment shops, and OEMs that need consistent material in volume.
Production route
- Melting. Medium-frequency induction furnaces, with spectrographic analysis on every heat.
- Forging and rolling. Billets are forged and rolled to rod or strip.
- Drawing. Wire is drawn down to final diameter, with in-line diameter measurement.
- Heat treatment. Continuous annealing under protective atmosphere for consistent softness and drawability.
- Inspection. Composition, resistivity, dimensions and surface are checked before packing.
What we are good at
- Grade selection. We will tell you when a cheaper grade is the right answer, and when it is not.
- Batch consistency. Tighter composition windows than the national standard, so your process does not drift between batches.
- Traceability. Every batch goes back to a melt number.
- Export paperwork. EN 10204 3.1 and third-party inspection can be arranged.
What we do not do
We do not make silicon carbide, molybdenum disilicide or graphite heating elements. If your furnace needs those, we will say so rather than sell you something that will not work.
